  Silas Hogan, is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience across multiple concentrations within the real estate industry including but not limited to A/C and Heat Repair, Real Estate Fixing & Flipping, and Home Remodeling. His consistent resourcefulness and humble demeanor has earned him the reputation as a reliable and knowledgable source with the industry.
 

His introduction into the real estate industry started with he was a young child observing and working with his father who was a retired roofer and cement finisher. It wasn’t long before his efforts stood out to him and he catapulted into becoming a force in the Baton Rouge area for over 20 years now. 

To date, Silas is a certified minor electrician, certified A/C repair, home remodeling agent, and an experienced real estate investor.
